Objective is to bridge cultural and communication gaps between health professionals and Asian patients developing culturally appropriate services, improving access to mainstream health services and increasing accessibility to health information for the Asian community.
The iCare call centre caters for Asian people who have little or no English speaking skills, offering information and education about health services. They can also make bookings with a doctor/General Practitioner. Languages - Korean, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
