A non-profit making, community-based radio station. Offers a radio broadcast facility to community groups and individuals who otherwise have little or no broadcasting access. Access Community Radio (broadcasts as Planet FM 104.6) does not make radio programmes. It provides facilities, advice, training and technical support for community groups and individuals to make their own radio programmes. Broadcasts 130 programmes in 50 languages.
