Higher Ground provides an 18 week residential recovery programme for people 20 years and older who are addicted to alcohol or other drugs. Based on a 12-step approach, the programme aims at abstinence of alcohol or other drugs, and improved living skills to assist in overcoming addictions to live a substance free life.
