Settling In is a strengths-based community development programme working directly with newcomer communities to help find solutions·to meet their needs. The approach is highly collaborative and· co-ordinators work with a range of government agencies and non-government· organisations, community organisations and migrant communities.
The role of the Albany Settling In Coordinator is to ensure that newcomers to the area settle well, feel connected, and are valued in their new community.
