Overview
North Shore CMA is a not-for-profit charitable organisation that offers morning tea followed by stimulating mental and physical activities then lunch for seniors who are isolated in the community. Centres operate once a week from 10am to 12.30pm during school terms:
Monday: Mairangi Bay, Meadowood, Sunnynook
Tuesday: Birkenhead
Wednesday: Hibiscus Coast (Red Beach)
Thursday: Belmont, Glenfield, Stanmore Bay
