The modules will be facilitated by Dr Hillary Bennett. Hillary is a registered psychologist and Director of the Resiliency Centre, which provides a broad range of psychological services to individuals and organisations throughout New Zealand.

She has 30 years’ experience working with organisations to develop healthy and safe workplaces.

A 4-module programme to develop resilient community leaders. Attend all or only those workshops that you need. Choose from April or October sessions.

Leading and Managing Others: Explore the difference between managing and leading. Develop an understanding of the leadership practices needed to lead a community organisation.
Dates: Thursday 16 October.
Time: 9.30am - 12.30pm.

Dealing Fairly and Consistently with OthersExplore the systems, processes and practices required to support high performance culture.
Dates: Thursday 16 October.
Time: 1.00pm - 4.00pm

Engaging and Coaching OthersExplore the triggers and how to reinforce the behaviours necessary to bring out the best in others, supporting them to make good choices.
Dates: Friday 17 October.
Time: 9.30am - 12.30pm.

Keeping Self and Other’s Healthy and SafeExplore how to increase the capacity of the organisation and employees to deal with the challenging demands of the workplace.
Dates: Friday 17 October.
Time: 1.00pm - 4.00pm.

Venue: Marist North Harbour Rugby Club, Stadium Drive, Albany.
Cost: $80 each or $300 for all 4 workshops.
