The Learning & Development service offers:

• Personal Deveopment Groups / Workshops
• Outreach Programmes
• Seminars
• Training

Personal development Groups / Workshops are provided in response to requests and community need. For example, issues such as stress, depression, parenting, communication, anger management, self-esteem, and many more.

Raeburn House Group / Workshop participants are provided with the opportunity to strengthen and develop their current life skills to equip them in making positive life choices.

Raeburn House outreach programmes can offer courses directly to:

• Individuals
• Community Groups
• Statutory Agencies
• Businesses

Seminars are offered to the community covering issues such as parenting, Spirituality in the 21^st Century, and Shared Services.

Raeburn House provides specialised training courses that meet the needs of organisations, for example, stress management.

All courses are led by skilled and professional facilitators or trainers who are regularly supervised by the Raeburn House Clinical Supervisor.

How can this service help you?

Groups listed on this website will assist you to make decisions, meet other people in the same situation, and help you to move through the issues, such as: depression, anxiety, stress, anger, low self esteem, abuse, parenting issues, behavioural issues, assertiveness, separation, communication, friendships, and conflict, to name just a few.

Raeburn House is able to address issues as they arise within communities and families and will assist in providing the most appropriate groups, either at Raeburn House or in the wider community.

Cancellation Policy

• If there are an insufficient number of enrolments, the Group / Workshop may be delayed or cancelled. Raeburn House staff will inform you before the starting date if this occurs.
• If you wish to cancel your enrolment, please advise Raeburn House 3 days prior to allow another enrolment to be taken.
• If the event of a Group / Workshop being canceled, or if you cancel your own enrolment 3 days prior to the starting date, your Group / Workshop fee can be either refunded or credited towards another Group / Workshop.
• If you choose to cancel your enrolment once the Group / Workshop has begun, no refund will be given.
