Tangata Tiriti Workshop for Migrants & Community

This fun and informative workshop series on the Treaty of Waitangi (Tiriti o Waitangi) is relevant to everyone in Aotearoa / New Zealand, whether they are new migrants or have been here for generations. Workshop is held by a skilled, trained facilitator with a passion for sharing the relevance of the Treaty.

Intermodal Art Therapy

Improving Your Communication Skills

When: Saturdays, 29 May and 5 June
Time: 9:00am - 1:00pm

Effective communication is important for having good relationships with your partner, children, friends or colleagues. Participants will gain an understanding of why they communicate the way they do, learn to identify dynamics within relationships, how to respond skilfully and strategies to manage conflict. Learn about the patterns and roles we can fall into and discover choices in the way we communicate.
