  Information / seminars about local services and agencies to support settlement within North Shore communities.

  Community-based initiative that helps families / whanau get access to the services they need.

Community Sector Gathering 2012 : Leading Change in a Changing Environment

Raeburn House warmly invites you to join key and emerging leaders in the Community Sector to explore:

• Fostering resilience, agility, and creative action during times of change
• Overcoming the challenges of limited resources, competitive funding pools, and changing economic conditions
• Opportunities to create lasting and effective organisational and social change

Workshops will teach essential skills for growing your organisation, including:

• Reducing stress and increasing resilience in everyday practice
• Maximising adaptability, collaboration, and community engagement
• Decision making with integrity for complex issues
• Understanding and responding to external pressures and social trends
• Developing and prototyping innovative ideas
